How to use the ICS file

Apple Calendar (Mac / iPhone)

Tap the ICS file → it opens Calendar → choose Add / OK.

Outlook (Desktop)

Download → double-click the ICS → Outlook prompts to Add to your calendar.

Google Calendar

Use the Google button above, or import the ICS inside Google Calendar settings.

Having trouble?

If you see a security warning, it’s usually caused by corporate email protection blocking file downloads. Use Add to Google/Outlook (no download), or try from a personal device/network.

FAQs

Is the ICS file safe?

Yes—an ICS file is a standard calendar format that stores event details (title, date/time, location). Some corporate security tools block downloads by default. If blocked, use the Google/Outlook web buttons.

Can I add only one day?

Yes—use the Day 1 or Day 2 ICS buttons. This is ideal if you’re attending a single day or sending invites to colleagues.
